Global App Ecosystem Partnerships Lead at Google
Hi, I'm Loretta. I'm a London-based mentor, designer and content creator, and I'm on a journey to reinvent my own career.
I spent two years as a policy administrator working with the European Union, then 10 years at Google. There I partnered with thousands of companies globally on their go-to-market, growth, and marketing strategies, working with everyone from startups to Fortune 500s across Google Ads, YouTube, Google Cloud, and Google Play. I also ran Google Cloud for Startups, the accelerator programme for early-stage founders.
In 2025, I left Google to embrace a new path. I went back to school for industrial design, with my work exhibiting at Milan Design Week 2026. I started a content channel and grew it by over 10,000 followers in under six months, and landed deals with large institutions. I am also working on multiple entrepreneurial projects.
I started mentoring founders many years ago, through programmes like Google for Startups and Techstars. I enjoy helping founders and business owners to grow their businesses, be it with positioning, advertising, or how AI fits into their work, but I equally love sharing my experience of reinventing my career and exploring other possibilities in life.
Like most coaches, I don't believe in coming out of the session with a concrete plan, but rather with a rejuvenation: more clarity, faith in yourself and a better sense of your why.

“I had an outstanding experience with Loretta as my mentor. Her amazing communication skills made it easy for me to express my challenges, and her insightful feedback focused on key areas that truly made a difference. Loretta's deep subject knowledge, especially in storytelling, helped me understand the importance of sharing my thought process!”
“Loretta gave me a clear and practical overview of what types of startups I should look for based on their stage, funding, and location. She suggested starting with an AI startup to enter the industry, while also being careful about becoming too locked into one sector. I found her advice on checking growth trends, founders, team culture, funding, and public talks especially useful.”
“I really enjoyed my conversation with Loretta, as we discovered several similarities in both our professional and academic journeys. Loretta also offered me practical tips on job hunting and expanding my networking opportunities. Beyond her mentorship on these professional topics, Loretta’s personal journey can inspire many people, including myself, who feel uncertain about the future.”
