As a Senior UX, I served a big and international customer within retail context, in Milan headquarter.

My mission was to design a new e-commerce website for one of its Brazilian brands, by taking care of usability and by improving already existent solutions. 
Since the brand didn't have had any e-commerce experience before, our objective was also to help them understand our choices as UX team in terms of benefits and "do's and dont's", to make sure to have the whole team united in a human centered perspective.

Supporting teacher at IAAD for User Interface Design lessons within a master course in Communication Design.
My objective was to give continuity to my colleague for a month; I taught principles of Human Factors, Usability and User Testing.
Students had to present projects in groups; I guided them through interface design, best practices in interactions & UI and advices on heuristic evaluations.

Wearable Tech Torino - talk.
Speaking to an audience of 200 people who were curious about how wearable devices could enhance driving experience and guarantee a safer drive.

Talking about what does it mean quantified self in the automotive context and implications.

Together with colleagues and UX professionals on the Turin scene, I co-founded and drove the UX Torino, cultural no-profit association, composed by a board of 6 people.
Formerly started as a UX Book Club, we then encompassed more topics, fostered knowledge and a culture of sharing in our professional field, and eventually became UX Torino.
Kept schedule for our team activities. Organized book clubs meetups, workshops and talks on a free participation basis, by involving different companies and businesses.

As an Experience consultant in Amaris I designed in-vehicle interfaces within the Automotive field. 
Main activities included technical wireframing and quick prototyping for the Instrument Panel Cluster, the Head Unit and connected wearables interfaces.
I was also involved in supporting expert evaluations, data analysis and usability tests.

I worked with ergonomists, usability researchers, graphic and industrial designers, engineers.
Tools: Adobe Suite, Balsamiq, Noldus The Observer and MSOffice

Business: Automotive & Mass Market.
I designed & tested the user experience for a number of top-level brands and corporates (Reckitt Benckiser, Snam, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Ferrero, etc) both at national and international level. I worked closely with developers, art directors, accounts and project managers.

I also helped out with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights reports (page performances, bounce rates, users flow, etc.).

Among our successes, I was involved in the conceptualization and design of the new Lancia web portal + corporate portal (www.lancia.it and .com), which experienced a robust unique visitors increase in its first month of life (107%), and was rolled out throughout European countries.
