I've grown Hopin Design Team from 6 people to 42+, managed the full hiring process, laid the foundation for the new comers to take over IC and Leadership roles, mentored and managed designers, copywriters, researchers, all while keeping diversity and inclusion relevant at every step.

The full journey was awesome, but I had most fun while nurturing the Design System Team and leading a big rebrand initiative.

At Klarna, I've been leading the full product design cycle for many products and services, mainly for users that want to sell through Klarna. For most of the projects, I managed the design process end to end, sometimes leading other designers. I have been working on complex UX problems through Service Design Methods and User Tests & Interviews, and trained teams of engineers to reach UI quality through Klarna Design System.

Together with a team of talented designers, I took care of the UX of the different billpay.de products. The company was acquired by the greater swedish group Klarna.

DXY Does was a software design agency from Cleveand (OH) with offices in London and Berlin.
I have been working in the role of Service & Interaction Designer, leading the design delivery and taking care of clients and products first hand. In this role I became expert at process, both internally with my team and externally with stakeholders and clients. As most of my clients were in the US, I became expert at remote practices. Here I designed for mobile (iOS & Android) and web screens.

Berlin based startup that developed a service of real location analytics through iBeacon protocol. I designed the dashboard for the web app, and worked on pitches and marketing material for the company.

Web radio with a database of independent music organized by mood.
The service came before Spotify, but after Pandora. I have been working in the role of UX/UI designer, reaching solutions with Service Design Methods and then executing. I mainly designed for the web, but I also designed an application for Android named Mood'o'clock.

Freelance works and studies that involve visuals and printed, but also digital and screen, often related to the music field.
