About Lucas Rocha
Senior Business Analyst at Formerly Itaú, QuintoAndar, Cogna
I serve as a mentor on ADPList because I'm passionate about guiding young professionals as they shape their careers in business analysis and related fields. With over 7 years of experience working at leading Latin American companies (Itaú, QuintoAndar, Cogna), I've learned that genuine growth happens when knowledge, empathy, and practical insights come together. My goal is to empower emerging talent to navigate challenges, build confidence, and ultimately realize their full potential in the business world.
