In this role, I will be leading initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance and refine the experience of our users, through increasingly precise and intelligent personalized journeys within our Zé and TaDa Delivery products.

Structuring and managing the BR and Global design teams. Leading the Rewards team, migrating Zé Compensa to a global operation with Club TaDa.

Responsible for the structuring and development of Zé Delivery's loyalty program called Zé Compensa. Leadership and management of the design team that takes care of this product. With only one year of product life we have already achieved a very significant result where we have reached the number of 4.5 million people who use Zé Compensa, Zé Delivery's loyalty program, positively impacting the retention and frequency of purchase of people who use the app.

Leading the brand design team, responsible for brand
archetypes, color code development, and maintaining the brandbook,
ensuring visual and communicational consistency. Developing graphic
materials and training for internal teams and major Ambev events.

Leading and managing the creativity team at Ambev/Zé Delivery. Responsible for studying and creating Ambev’s first online community in partnership with Marketing and Business.

Strategic leadership in the Retention squad, focusing on increasing user retention. Structuring and managing social media, multichannel communication strategies, and campaigns. Evolving the area to CRM at Zé Delivery and implementing the Social Mkt area in the company.

Responsible for the positioning and launch of the Mercado Livre Mother’s Day campaign, making the brand the favorite in its category in 2019/20. Development and implementation of art direction, integrated
communication, campaign narratives, and content strategies.

Repositioning Volvo brand, end-to-end campaign, and launching a new product in the Brazilian market.
Creative leadership in a special project for Devassa beer, acting as digital art director in the creation of the website and app, as well as conceiving the creative concept and art direction.

_Heineken: Brand positioning and launching digital campaigns.
_Bradesco Bank: Development of brand positioning, end-to-end campaigns, and digital solutions, such as app and website, tripling the average conversion.
_Coca-Cola: Leadership of a special project in partnership with the global Publicis team, aiming to create a new product for Gen Z.
