– Supervised the design of a concierge styling service from end to end, including a customer facing webapp, integration with chat platforms, a styling tool for stylists and an admin panel to keep track of operations.
– Run workshops to define the product vision, lean canvas and user journeys.
– Produced sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and responsive UI templates.
– Communicated with the development team in Ukraine to oversee quality of the final digital product. Tasks included the creation of user stories and backlog reviews.
– Conducted 1-1 user feedback sessions and usability testings, as well as working closely with the CX researcher to run CSAT surveys.
– Provided briefing and actionable feedback to visual designers and marketing content creators.

– Lead the design team of the Nikkei Asian Review, an Asia-focused English-language publication.  
– Traveled twice to Tokyo to run discovery and vision workshops, collect users feedback and present findings to stakeholders.
– Daily communicated with developers in Birmingham to clarify doubts and oversee quality of the product.
– Communicated with the product owner to advise on best practices, estimate completion times, plan research and review user flows.
– In charge of a team of 3 designers – two London based and one based in Tokyo.
– Produced sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and pattern library.
