About Luciana Pacheco

UX Sr Manager at PedidosYa

I'm a Product Designer who became a Sr. UX Manager. I love working with people and bringing out the best in everyone. Fan of cats, philosophy of technology and supermarkets.

If you don't want to click on my LinkedIn profile, I'll tell you about my career... I worked at Despegar as Product Designer and UX Leader for 4 years, then at Mercado Libre as UX Project Leader. Both as a designer and then, together with the team, my mission was to understand, build and improve different digital products: Despegar's Home, Landings and Emails, Mercado Pago's Home and Navigation experience.

Currently, I'm supporting the development and growth of the Quick-Commerce area at PedidosYa.
