I'm currently working as a Business Operations Analyst at LASTRO. I worked as a UX writer and conversational/flow designer for chatbots for 3 years.
I've been working in the design industry for 10 years as a freelancer. I have a background in graphic design, branding, marketing and teaching/learning processes.
I also worked as a consultant for small businesses developing content and workshops during the pandemic.
I like to sing and my favorite hobby is learning new languages. Writing is surely a passion of mine. I also love sharing ideas and thoughts.
