I have spent nearly 20 years helping people and organisations understand that design is one of the most powerful forces in our lives. From carrying out research whilst sailing on 120,000 ton containerships in the North Sea, observing military personnel in mock airstrikes, leading full development teams, teaching UX and service design within organisations, or taking on sole design responsibility for entire software platforms; I have been extremely fortunate to work on some incredible projects.

I am very lucky now in my career to be able to build, grow and train Design teams and am passionate about sharing my knowledge and empowering others to improve their skills.
