Luke has worked in the customer experience and design industry for over seven years, gaining experience in improving products and services for customers through user research and the double diamond framework. He carefully combines design aesthetics and user experience, resulting in well-formulated solutions.
Armed with an entrepreneurial spirit, which sets him apart from other creatives, it has empowered Luke to be a valuable asset to his peers and career. As a seasoned product designer, he is passionate about products that positively impact society and design education. In addition to design, he is also involved in organising sharing sessions with UX practitioners to learn from each other.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys travel photography, digital image manipulation and maintaining a reef aquarium.
