Hi there, I'm Lusha! I have been working in the field of learning design/instructional design for over 6 years. I have led high-impact corporate training programs at tech giants as well as B2C programs in the ed-tech world. Now, I'm here to be your career co-pilot.
Whether you're diving into the world of instructional design, fine-tuning your job-hunting strategy, or looking for guidance on resume and portfolio perfection—I've got your back. My expertise extends to L&D strategy & architecture, user research, program management, stakeholder communication, accessibility and inclusive design, and handling stress/burnout. And that's not even the full menu.
In our mentoring chats, it's all about you. I'm here to listen, armed with open-ended questions to help you take the wheel in our conversations. Together, we'll brainstorm actions that fit your goals. Please expect my communication style to be direct, efficient, and empathetic.
Excited to connect with you and embark on the journey together!
