I'm a service and user experience designer. I have worked in the private and public sectors, leading design processes for digital products. My skill set includes qualitative research with users, designing new digital products based on the users' interactions, creating and testing interactive prototypes and delivering and supervising design briefs for programmers and UI designers. I believe the best designs come out of collaboration with Engineering and Business roles. I'm interested in understanding and proposing new ways in which users can adopt present and emerging technologies into their daily lives.
