Implementation and Training: Educated and taught customers how to properly launch their brands and develop marketing strategies, resulting in a 100% satisfaction rate among workshop attendees. Assisted with implementation of company-wide mandates to improve overall brand development and customer engagement.

Interned under the COO of Baptist Hospital and the COO of Saint Thomas physician service. I learned management skills, the daily operations of the hospital, and I analyzed data and built data sets.

SEED is a volunteer consulting program designed to aid non-profits and social enterprises improve their performance to hit their strategic goals. During my time at SEED I consulted on five projects and was a team lead, who managed the team and managed the team in order to execute high quality work.

My position on the leadership team was managing the YAB property in North Nashville. I negotiated contracts for rental and advertising space in the YAB owned strip mall. During my time I brought in a new tenant and I aided a local business by giving them free space to operate their business for an extended period as they rebuilt after a city wide flood destroyed their storefront. 

In addition to this I aided in teaching the biweekly business classes for middle schoolers.
