Head of UX at Inspire Brands
I’m a strategic CX leader focused on orchestrating engaging customer experiences that drive business value. I’ve achieved this by understanding customers and using data and storytelling to bring them to life through human-centered design – from the UX design of touchpoints to the Service Design of the entire customer journey. Executives I’ve worked with have trusted me for my focus, dependability, openness, and continuous improvement; colleagues and my team know me to be empathetic, protective, driven, and purposeful.
As the Head of UX Research & Design at Inspire Brands, my team is responsible for our guests’ app & web experiences for our portfolio of brands including Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's and SONIC. Prior to joining Inspire, I spent over two decades at Capgemini, delivering CX and UX results for over 75 companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 businesses across industries, including Allstate, American Express, Bayer, Coca-Cola, Disney, General Motors, Merrill Lynch, Nestle, and Wal-Mart. Two decades in CX and UX consulting have honed my curiosity, collaboration, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
I enjoy learning, and some of that resulted in formal certifications in areas of UX Leadership, Strategy, Research, Design Usability Testing including User Experience Analyst (CXA) & Usability Analyst (CUA) from Human Factors International, User Experience Master Certification from Nielsen Norman Group, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® certification. My work has won awards from the Web Marketing Association and the Nielsen Norman Group. I share knowledge and experience through speaking, teaching, writing for industry publications, and have co-authored books on marketing and innovation. I actively discuss designerly (or designer-like) habits and behaviors that make designers successful.
