About Lyndze Blosser
User Experience Global Payroll Lead at Lifion by ADP at Academy of Art University
* Hello All, I will be taking the rest of 2023 off from mentoring to care for a family member. Look forward see you all in 2024!

I'm a practical, pragmatic thinker who thinks in distinctions and effectiveness. My greatest strength is to help communicate where we're going and the sensible steps that will get us there. I've used this method in multiple facets of life, including endurance races, financial gains, relationships, and breaking through burnout seasons. I love Jesus and my role at ADP NextGen, where I've delivered essential research/experiences to drive product features rooted in design strategy within the human capital management "global payroll" technology.
Reach out, especially those who feel blah in their career/life. I'm here to help #WhatDoYouWorkFor
Also, my company is hiring for roles in all areas. If you are interested in learning more about the opportunities ADP offers, please reach out.
