Hi, I am Lynette and I am a designer at Netflix working on enterprise experiences to improve productivity. Before this, I have over 6 years of experience working for technology companies big and small (Blend, VMware) and innovation design consultancies (Continuum). Through the span of my career, I have led large teams where I have overseen the design of large-scale products, working cross functionally with key teams. I frequently mentor junior designers and run workshops, research initiatives, and sprints that deliver results.
