- Focused on EP Advisory cross-functional products in order to design and execute new features for upcoming product releases.  Collaborate with startup stakeholders and the marketing team at all stages of product development;
- Collaborate with startup stakeholders, marketing team, product managers, and engineers at all stages of product development;
- Interpret business requirements to articulate the business needs to be addressed and create user stories to help drive design consensus;
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes;
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates;

- Led and executed product UX design activities – producing deliverables and artifacts, including requirements visualization, design concepts, scenario mapping, user journeys/flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, UX copywriting, and visual designs. Defined a clear design process for in-house needs. Used user-centered design (UCD) approach;
- Worked across functional teams to understand and define business and feature requirements, and work to simplify the overall experience while respecting the complex customer needs;

- Produced UX course for community students. Reached 150 new students on monthly basis after launch;
- Involved in writing personas scenarios and test cases for the application after analyzing the business and specification requirements;
- Reorganized Design Handoff course as part of the educational program; 
- Interacted with the design team for new functionality and improvement of the platform;
- Developed a complete design system, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models resulting in low to high fidelity prototypes;
- Controlled creating process of high fidelity design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to customers;
- Advocated for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

- Part of 5 month BootCamp program; 
- Designed school case studies;
- Used Figma and AE to present E-commerce projects;
- Interact with team members and developers on the status of design production;
- Support the marketing team in creating dynamic assets, graphic templates, and format/adapt existing materials as needed;

- Tested and implemented marketing and advertising campaigns across the globe. Reached +20% gross sales in US and Chinese markets.
- Set up trigger distribution scenarios for email and text messaging, using mailing and database processing data. Reorganized and increased user database by 10k target users;
- Supported the marketing team in creating dynamic assets, graphic templates, and structured promo materials as needed. Generated over 100 branding assets for each sales branch over the world.
- Took full responsibility for developing e-commerce distribution platforms for South Africa, UK, and Chinese branches. Launched: Wechat store in China, distribution e-platform in the UK, with a patient-doctor portal;
- Led cross-functional and cross-cultural tech and creative teams;
- Project managed the first marketing campaign in the US market for the brand product. Reached over 80K sales in 6 months.

Project managed digital marketing campaigns, including KPIs and budget setting. Assessed ROI and liaised with outsourced PR and communication agencies.
