The main area where I proved my skills was designing search experiences. My responsibility was to assure that buyers can find relevant items in a simple and meaningful. 

Before that, in the past years at Ricardo I worked on:
* Improving conversion rate in various steps of buying (product page and checkout) and selling processes (listing form). Organising A/B tests, measuring KPIs, ideating new directions of possible improvements, and defining steps needed to reach product vision. 
* Reshaping after-sales processes and flows to streamline user experience. 
* Supporting less experienced designers in their process and assuring consistency across multiple touchpoints.
* Designing low and high fidelity prototypes for tests and handovers as well as maintaining and improving the design system.
* Improving the design process by introducing benchmarking and competitors analysis as one of the initial steps for every project.

As a one-man-army, I work in a tight cooperation with developers, marketing, support and stakeholders in order to improve user experience constantly and search for new business opportunities.

Educating clients in the area of UX and helping them to define strategy by caring on workshops.
Owning whole design process from ideation and research, through pixel-perfect designs to setting up final project and supporting clients with a necessary knowledge.

Web design, business models, e-marketing, pr, management.
With firends we lunched fashion website BinaBella.com. After 3 years we decided to shut it down due to low profits. It was a super time and very good, but tough lessons about web business, drupal, web applications and industry.

In interactive agency I get to know with e-marketing, web design and usability, e-commerce. Here I learned how to create Flash websites and use Action Script effectively. I designed here more than 50 websites - from small local business to complex information portals like Wroclaw Euro 2012 official website. It was a grate time!

I had an honor to work with and for Wroclaw's companies like REC-global, PGS-Soft, RINF, NSN. 
Also I helped couple of startups in their first steps.
