Being the only designer

At AvantStay I work with a global team, communicating daily in English, including user interviews. I contributed to the development of new features, improvements, and landing pages, for all the platforms. I also worked on structuring the Design System and standardization of email templates.

At Alelo, I contributed to several projects, such as the redesign of the accreditation process and legacy management systems. I also worked in the integration of new products in the app, partnering with multiple service providers. These projects were developed with SCRUM, where my role was ideation, prototyping, optimization of deliverables, and development of the Design System Alelo.

The main project of this period was the Alelo e-commerce MVP. Working with SCRUM, my role was to collaborate with the team in discovering a good cost x benefit balance while bringing the best user experience possible, considering accessibility, scalability, and overall good practices.

As a web and visual designer, I worked for Livelo's Marketing. Acting on monitoring and directing internal art and suppliers. Creation and connection of institutional and promotional pieces such as banners, emails, and landing pages. Application of UX and UI best practices in creating templates and marketing pieces.

Working in an agency was an opportunity to hone my Visual Design skills by brute force. I worked with many small businesses in a wide array of needs, such as ebooks, landing pages, branding, and email marketing. Aside from that, I also designed several e-commerce templates for Tray customers.

In a team of three - me, a marketing strategist and a copywriter - we started the marketing department in this company. Our goal was to decrease customer acquisition cost and improve brand awareness. I worked on the brand redesign, institutional and product website, social media content, ebooks and WordPress setup and maintenance.

Design and coding of the user interface for internal systems and products. Participation as the technical representative in Web Design (UI, UX, and Front) in the project architecture process and alignment of expectations with customers. Redesign of the institutional website and the company's visual identity (internal and external communication). Main challenge: easy front-end design and architecture for Whitelabel implementation.
