Hi, I'm Maddy! I'm a Creative Director with a design and art direction background who has worked at large orgs like Target and Shutterfly and have transitioned to the start-up world with my role at Skylight. I have led diverse teams of designers, art directors, copywriters, and video editors. In my 18 years of experience in retail marketing, I've been a creative Swiss army knife who has touched a wide variety of digital and print channels, with a particular focus on paid social, direct mail, and packaging. Later in my time as an individual contributor, I discovered a deep passion for mentoring that motivated me to consider pursuing a management career track.
