Before becoming a coach, I was in technical talent acquisition for startups and tech giants for 14 years where I did hiring for global engineering and product teams. My passion for coaching stems from my own career pivot, which made me appreciate the complexity and nuance of navigating a career change.
In my free time, I love gardening, traveling, and baking!
