I was responsible for Development and Support of Oracle Financials and Distribution Modules with a team a Functional and Technical Consultants for our IBM India Customer called Idea Cellular Ltd, a wireless Telecom company operating in all the 22 telecom circles in India.

	Responsible for managing a project team in delivering solution to our customer in the Telecom  sector.
	Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to the client in response to varying business requirements
	Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control, aspects of the project.  
	Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the customer. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
	Translate customer requirements into formal requirements and design documents, establish specific solutions, and leading the efforts including programming and testing that culminate in client acceptance of the results.
	Utilize in-depth knowledge of functional and Technical experience in Oracle Application and other leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to deliver solutions to customer.
	Establish Quality Procedure for the team and continuously monitor and audit to ensure team meets quality goals.

	Involved in Implementation of R12 Modules for Secure Meters Ltd.
	Lead Training sessions for Corporate and Individuals for the Oracle Certified Training Programmes. 


	Handled Multiple roles and responsibilities for different Customers namely ResMed from Australia and Edexcel from the UK ,for their Offshore Support and Development Projects. 
	Single Point of Contact for the Customer for all Support related calls.
	Leading and Managing a team of Functional & Technical professionals for Oracle Financials.
	Providing Functional and Technical Support for Oracle Financials and Distribution Modules.
	Maintaining Quality Audit Procedures for Review & Audit
