As the team leader of a talented group of designers, I manage and collaborate closely with prestigious clients in the education sector. Our client portfolio includes renowned organizations such as NAYLOR from Canada, VIPKID from China, Extramarks from India, and Cambridge University Press from the UK, among others. When engaging with potential clients, our initial pitch emphasizes the exceptional work we have delivered to previous clients.

Within my team, I oversee a diverse set of professionals, including graphic designers, and UI/UX designers. This dynamic mix of expertise enables us to create engaging and visually appealing materials tailored to the specific needs of our clients in the education industry. I take great pride in leading this skilled team, and their talents provide me with a strong sense of confidence in our ability to consistently deliver high-quality design solutions.

As a team lead, I collaborate closely with my colleagues to create and deliver high-quality products in both print and digital formats. My focus is primarily on designing materials such as magazines, advertisements, and educational content for K-12 education. By leveraging my skills and expertise, I contribute to the development of visually appealing and engaging materials that effectively convey information and captivate the target audience. Through effective collaboration and attention to detail, I strive to consistently deliver exceptional design work that meets the highest standards of quality.

As an infographic/graphic creative team, we strive to deliver timely content so that Indians don't miss any creative news while enjoying their morning brew. My responsibility as a principal designer was to ensure that the daily news didn't appear monotonous and that facts were presented in a fabulous and enticing manner. 

I became aware of the value of time management while I was working for the Times group. because deadlines cannot be missed. Even during the worst of times, the show must go on.
