Hello, I’m Mag! I’ve spent 18 years working across consulting, tech, telco, mental health and early-stage ventures, mostly in roles that sit at the intersection of people, systems and delivery.

I’ve led client success, strategy and operations teams across APAC, worked closely with founders and senior leaders, and navigated my fair share of career transitions – including burnout, misalignment and rebuilding from scratch.

I enjoy mentoring people who are figuring things out in real time, from career pivots, leadership challenges, stakeholder management, client-facing roles and how to grow without losing themselves. I’m especially supportive of neurodivergent professionals and those working in people-centred or impact-driven spaces.
