About Maggie Chen

Principal Product Manager at Ada

I turn fuzzy ideas into real, impactful products by aligning teams around actual user needs. I thrive at the intersection of product, design, and research, ensuring ideas get built, not just talked about.

At Ada, I lead Growth Product efforts, collaborating with design, go-to-market, and engineering teams to drive sustainable growth. I was promoted from Sr. Product Designer to Principal Product Manager after launching our first free trial—quadrupling inbound win rates and securing our first six-figure self-serve customer. I also led generative AI features that drove 40x revenue growth between 2023 and 2024.

Before Ada, I designed for social enterprises like Grantbook and EcoSchools, helping secure six-figure contracts and scaling platforms to thousands of users.

I believe in learning by doing, valuing progress over perfection, and using technology to enhance human strengths. I’m passionate about mentoring new designers and product managers, helping them grow into confident, impactful leaders.
