Hi, I'm Mahesh and I have over 30 years of experience in the Industry, primarily in Consulting, Product Engineering and Professional Services. . Through the span of my career, I have led large teams where I have overseen the design of large-scale products, working cross functionally with key teams across multiple geographies and cultures. I am known as a very empathetic and practical leader with a gentle but firm approach – this tenet has endeared me to a lot of folks who look upon me as a mentor and a coach. I am also a certified Life Coach and an active sportsperson.

Outside of work, Toastmasters - a non-profit forum for leadership and public speaking helps influence a lot of what I like to do by way of storytelling and constantly looking for ways to continually evolve as an individual, leader, and a mentor. I took up certification to be a Life Coach out of academic interest to understand and apply possible techniques for empowering individuals and a high-performance team.
