I was responsible for end to end delivery of projects. I headed engineering, recruitment, L&D and project management teams

I was responsible for Architect-ing solutions and leading the development in several client projects in multiple domains.

Grassious is a company that is focused in developing the Golf industry of the company through innovative online and mobile products. It helps golfers to improve their skills, interact with the like-minded and maintain their game records.It helps the Golf Clubs in maintaining the client relation by engaging them online. 

 As a co-founder of the company I helped in perfecting the idea that can be made into a product. I was responsible for the technical foundation of the company. Directing the company in deciding the technology stack and implementing the product in a maintainable way, I helped the company in having a disciplined, yet flexible, development environment.

Webyana is a multifaceted company that helps SMEs to have online presence through various solutions like easy to make website builder, indexing solutions, online billing solutions and directory services. Managed web hosting space is also among the products offered. Webyana also helps start-ups to bootstrap themselves with the technical expertise in developing and maintaining quality Web and Mobile Applications. 

I was able to work on multiple projects in the company. I was responsible for travelmob.com’s development activities and helped in making it live. I handled all the development activities with this Singapore based company. It gave me experience in handling and working with remote team. 

I had also created iPhone applications for US based clients. One was an app that helped users check their Amazon Affiliate account details. Users could register and keep track of their Amazon affiliate account on the move. Another app that was developed helped users in using various charts related to the stock market and analyse it – similar to a stock ticker. 

Crawl and search application was a POC project that was created to Crawl through websites and index it using Solr and Lucene. A search engine was created in RoR that used the index to search the crawled web pages. This product would be integrated with the Website builder to provide sophisticated searches. It also had APIs that can be used for crawling, indexing as well as searching purpose. This enabled to product to be sold using SaaS model and maintain it as an independent module. 

There was a high demand among the clients who wanted their web application developed in Drupal. I helped in delivering the customised Drupal modules that catered to the client’s need.
