My Responsibilities & Achievements:

1. I helped in the development of a new website to deliver a market-leading customer experience, and drive targeted organic search visits to support lead generation.

2. I am responsible for the planning and running marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive new sales opportunities.

3. End-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns to achieve direct response and branding objectives through the use of search engine marketing (SEM), remarketing, programmatic display, and paid social media.

5. Helped define a comprehensive search strategy (paid and organic), manage the delivery of SEO initiatives deliver regular metrics, SEO audits and analysis and resolve SEO issues.

2. Strategically planned the annual campaign calendar to increase customer acquisition, Report on Sales Marketing activity, highlighting insights, success and attributions

3. Brand Management, Marketing strategy development and implementation for the Banks' Corporate & Investment Banking division thus retaining bank products like SterlingPro, Gazelle & PayOn and increasing their retention rate by 13%, 42% 27% respectively between April 2021 to February 2022

4. Lead generation and nurturing campaigns using a content lead, inbound marketing approach.

5. Market across multiple channels including email marketing organic and paid social (LI, Twitter), PPC/AdWords, events (webinars, trade shows and roundtables) and telemarketing

8. Scope out relevant industry awards, and work with leadership to identify campaigns and write compelling award entries

9. Account lead across Telecommunications, Finance, FMCG, Beauty & Fashion, and Technology (IT) accounts simultaneously.

10. Launch Airtel 444 USSD String and achieved an 80% adoption rate amongst existing customers. Awareness Campaign launched for the Stanbic IBTC *909# USSD service which had an adoption rate of 73% in the first week.

I was saddled with the responsibility as a converged media manager with the sole aim of moving new and already existing digital media businesses from obscurity to prominence by way of creating media exposure through Digital media.
