Building Makeyn, a product and business consulting firm that helps startups and early-stage teams turn ideas into impactful, scalable products.

Leading the Enterprise Platform roadmap and strategic investments to scale the Qualtrics features to be the experience management product of choice for enterprise customers. My areas of ownership include investments in areas like licensing, onboarding, identity services, data compliance, user access and management, and general administration. 

My responsibilities include coming up with the product strategy, setting the roadmap for the team, writing product requirements and specifications, communicating with customers and stakeholders, and launching and maintaining features.

Amazon Logistics/Transportation Services (Relay)

Launched Relay for Carrier & Relay Load Board in the US, EU, India, and Japan

•	Launched Push Marketing pipeline to automate all marketing emails, which reduced 75% of the time used for managing campaigns, while increasing delivery speed by 40% reaching 100 MM customers around the world daily.
•	Designed and launched Inbox Management & Arbitration system to optimize and personalize emails selection. Using predictive modeling, the system generated ~5% lift in revenue per customer while reducing overall emails sent by ~10%.
•	Designed wireframes and launched a push marketing campaign management UI tool used for micro targeting. It enabled the user to create a campaign within 5 minutes (~75% improvement).
•	Designed and launched an event-based system to create marketing programs based on customer’s activity. Programs leveraging the system are estimated to generate incremental push marketing revenue of around 2% in 2016.
•	Lead, and designed a solution to integrate Groupon backend logistics systems with fulfillment centers. It was used for managing orders in real time, saving millions of dollars annually.

o	Owning the UI automation infrastructure and frameworks development. Implementing MVC test framework using C#. The framework was used by over 50 testers in the team in the US and India.
o	Implemented automated testing framework for testing Silverlight applications. The UI framework was used by both teams in Bellevue, and Beijing.
o	Managing vendor team onshore and offshore.
o	Writing test spec documents for my features.
o	Implement scenario, integration, and E2E automated test using C#.
o	Implement QUnit tests for UI features, and integrate running QUnit tests as part of the build.
o	I was responsible for the E2E testing for the AI team, so I was working with all feature teams to get the customer scenarios to be considered for testing and implement them.
o	I was responsible of presenting the AI framework and the E2E flow to the Display team by giving a presentation to the Display team on the internal system and different E2E, and customer scenarios.
o	Writing E2E testing feature specs which involved the AI and Display different cores.
o	Driving the E2E and customer scenarios testing cross teams, between AI and Display team. Follow up on progress, and send status reports to leadership team.
o	As the owner of the UI testing frameworks in my team I travelled to China to present the framework and give training to the team there.
o	I was driving bug triage meetings, and scrum meeting for my feature team.
