As a Senior Product Designer at Tlece, I lead the design team in crafting intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across our digital platforms. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. I oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed industry standards.

- As a product design mentor, I strive to help my students achieve their full potential and create impactful designs that solve real-world problems.

In my role as Senior Product Designer at Dayshape, I led the design and ideation of the critical SaaS financial products across multiple channels. I collaborated with product managers and stakeholders to create user journeys, conducted persona research, and planned product roadmaps. I used Figma to develop prototypes and provided detailed hand-off documentation for engineering teams. 

Additionally, I maintained the design system, monitored feedback on new features, and ensured compliance with accessibility standards. This role helped me enhance my skills in design strategy, user research, prototyping, and accessibility, contributing to the success of our products.

I designed the UI for project management software in the energy industry from scratch. I used data visualization metrics to create the dashboard design and performed test and validation checks. I implemented the Atomic design methodology to create a design system and applied UX strategies that aligned with the product while maintaining the brand identity.
