About Mahsa

Senior UX Researcher at Amazon Kids

ADPList Super Mentor for two consecutive years, with Top 1% Recognition for several months

Over the past decade, I’ve conducted and led research studies in academia, government, and industry to uncover user needs and inform product/service roadmaps. I've worked with small startups and tech conglomerates such as Amazon, Google, Verizon, Kiddom, and Digital Promise. My research has informed the development of tech products and services that positively impacted experiences of adults and kids in 1500+ underserved communities.

My expertise in conducting independent research during different phases of the development lifecycle, translating qualitative and quantitative data into digestible stories with actionable insights, leading fast-paced projects, and managing diverse research teams allows me to excel in my job. This is evidenced by multiple competitive industry fundings, peer-reviewed publications, and long-term partnerships. I also have a successful track record of hiring, managing, and leading junior and senior researchers, vendors, and contractors.

I'm happy to help in any way I can.
