Product Designer at Perlego
Hi, I'm Mahshid, a seasoned product designer with over 6 years of experience, specialising in growth design. My journey in the design realm has exposed me to various facets of product development stages. I'm experienced in User Research, A/B Testing, UX/UI Design, Design Systems, Usability Testing, and Accessibility. Mentoring involves learning and sharing. I've mentored junior and mid-level designers on portfolios, CVs, design skills, and job interviews. I helped my mentees get international jobs by giving them feedback on their strengths and weaknesses and practising mock interviews. To maximise mentees' potential, I emphasise practical insights, actionable feedback, and innovation.
I offer personalised assistance in creating design portfolios and CVs. My leadership promotes progress through support and collaboration. I lead with communication and empathy to create a welcoming environment for mentees. Job interviews and design presentations Mentoring tailored to each mentee's design career path Helping designers collaborate better with product managers and engineers. Advising designers on stakeholder expectations and communication. I adore mentoring emerging designers and professionals. I'm thrilled to join ADPList's lively design community and mentor young designers.
