Hi I'm Maiya (まいや) a designer based in Tokyo working for Moon Creative Lab, a creative incubation studio that is wholly owned by Mitsui & Co. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in art direction, commercial design, product design, service design, design research, and venture design. I have signed up to be a mentor because I felt an underrepresentation of women, and I feel I can offer insights in to breaking in to design, working as a team, and everything that comes with working as a designer in Japan.
