Writing product requirement documents

As a product, I take pride in driving our success by:
- Cultivating open lines of communication with our product owners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Crafting innovative design solutions rooted in user stories, project scope, constraints, and technical capabilities.
- Orchestrating the strategic planning and efficient management of our talented design team members, harnessing their unique abilities and capacities.
- Vigilantly reviewing and fine-tuning the designs produced by our team, ensuring quality and adherence to project goals.
- Seamlessly transferring finalized designs to our development team, facilitating a smooth transition from concept to execution.
- Nurturing and upskilling our design team members, empowering them with the technical knowledge and expertise needed to excel in their roles.

- Collaborated closely with the PO to improve the user experience by providing
wireframes, Figma designs, prototypes, and design systems. Optimized product
flows by performing A/B tests and decreasing bounce rate by 5%.
- Created the product's design system and worked with developers to implement
it. Performed design checks after the developments to ensure consistency and
quality.
- Designed A/B tests to optimize the product flow and decrease bounce rate by
5%. For example, in my work on a profile management, I designed a test that
helped users to manage better employees’ profiles.
- Worked under Scrum, consistently meeting sprint deadlines and contributing to team success.

- Designed new features and optimized existing applications, resulting in a 7%
Increase in conversion rate by optimizing the flows on user touch points and a
4% increase in conversion rate by optimizing critical user flows.
- Performed A/B tests to verify the changes and iterated on designs based on
test results. For example, in my work on an e-Commerce project, I designed a
test that how users be able to see more items in the offered products box.
- Worked under Scrum, contributing to the team's success by meeting sprint
deadlines and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. For example, I
participated in developers’ meetings every week for suggesting some solutions
to help the team meet for better implementation.

- Created UI/UX designs for several projects, including an e-commerce website
and an educational platform. Designed landing pages and user touch-points,
addressing specific user needs and resulting in a more engaging user
experience.
- Designed the user dashboard for an educational platform, improving user
workflows and increasing user engagement.
- Improved existing e-commerce website flows, resulting in a smoother user
experience and increased conversion rates.
- Worked under Scrum, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders
to ensure that designs were implemented on time and met project goals.

- Designed mobile and web applications using Photoshop and Illustrator,
creating engaging designs that addressed specific user needs.
- Created an e-commerce website design and user flows from scratch, resulting
in a more intuitive user experience and increased conversion rates.
- Designed an Android/iOS mobile app, developing intuitive user interfaces and
optimizing user workflows for a more engaging experience.
- Used established design principles to improve the overall user experience,
ensuring that all designs were consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Worked under Scrum, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders
to ensure that designs were implemented on time and met project goals.
