In my role at PlanLogic, I led a fintech SaaS project that revolutionized the financial advice process, cutting workflow times in half and doubling efficiency. My work involved translating business needs into digital solutions, enhancing user experience through research, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful feature implementation.

In my role as Senior Product Designer, I've led significant design initiatives that have dramatically improved the user experience at PickMe, Sri Lanka's pioneering ride-hailing service. Key achievements include evolving the driver partner app into a multifunctional super app, establishing a comprehensive design system for uniformity across features, and fostering stronger collaboration between design and engineering teams. Additionally, I've contributed to nurturing a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team, conducted extensive user research to pinpoint and address user pain points, and collaborated on defining product roadmaps aligned with user needs and business objectives

In my role as Lead UI/UX Designer at oDoc, the foremost telemedicine service in Sri Lanka, my role has been central to shaping the user experience and advancing the product's impact across Sri Lanka, India, and the Maldives, reaching over 200,000 lives. I spearheaded the design effort of Sri Lanka's first telemedicine platform through close collaboration with stakeholders, played a key role in defining product features and roadmaps alongside the business team, and led extensive usability testing to refine the user experience.
