Managing and leading the group’s overall efforts across:
- Product owner (working with multiple technology partners) of core banking platform enabling for banks, neobanks and Fintechs. 
- Pricing economics and developing profitability strategy.
- Product development and transformation
- Driving customer engagements to identify pain points and ideating product solutions.

• Core team member - Integral part from conceptualization to building to implementation phases.
• Managing critical strategic vendor partnerships and negotiating commercial terms. 
• Responsible for conducting market research to analyse the gap for product positioning. 
• Scan the regulatory landscape to ensure the product is compliant with the respective jurisdiction.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders (like marketing, sales & ops, etc.) to understand the CX issues and address them, identify end-users pain points by conducting primary research and requirements gathering, to create user stories for feature building.
• Working closely with UI/UX designers, Technology lead/solution architect, BAs, and developers on product development and managing end-to-end product lifecycle. 
• Define and track product success metrics that help in strategic decision-making to decide on what, why, and when (including feasibility). 
• Championing OKRs and overseeing KPIs for the overall product & business growth.
• Part of the product success includes tracking revenue metrics for the business, so forecasting and tracking the P&L was a crucial part of my role.

• Fundraising pitch and Investor relations (we raised S$5mn in our seed round from Declout ventures - as seen in The Business Times)
• Lead License applications and M&A (from scans to Integrations). 
• Managing critical vendor relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and negotiating commercial terms.
• Building credit decisioning and loan monitoring & analytics logic to reduce lead time and overhead costs by working with the credit, product & technology team. 
• Leading Group's forecasts, financial modelling and managing monthly budget by presenting the key financial health metrics to the management.

Built ON credit intelligence suit to solve the SME lending issues globally.

Using knowledge of financial analysis, credit risk to build platform capabilities to manage end to end loan portfolio all on a single interface.

As a thematic equity strategist, my role includes both top-down and bottom up market research analysis on the UK and European markets, recommending equity strategies to buy-side clients. Building factors or investment strategies - performing backtests and recommending alpha generating strategies  in different market scenarios and maximizing returns.

Key responsibilities:
• Publication of thematic research and building investable baskets (published on Bloomberg)
• Directly responsible in managing buy side client's investment portfolio. 
• Mid-day and weekly product that includes macro, thematic (sector and stocks) views 
• Analyzing current market themes in Europe and publishing actionable and factual research reports on themes, like Corporate portfolio simplification, M&A, Value dilemma, Growth etc in Europe. 
• Led strategic planning and project management for global thematic projects / inter-departmental regional projects
• Automated tasks like analysis, graphical representation via Python

Equity research analyst for Russian cap goods sector and Credit Analyst for European RMBS sector. 
Key responsibilities included complex financial modelling and valuation, loan performance files for SPVs, market research and writing research reports.
