•	Working with cross functional teams to create delightful and optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement and ensure that an end-product design or feature meets the core business objectives and user needs

•	Host & participate Design Thinking 
 Sessions with the UX, development and BA team members to find who needs what, when and why
