Senior Technical Leader with a focus on Database solutions for the North America Data Management team within Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) organization. As a key member of the Global Tech Delivery team, I leverage strong leadership skills and collaborate with engineers to drive success for our customers.

In my role, I work closely with various teams within CSS and across other Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. Our team comprises highly skilled Advanced Support Engineers proficient in Database, core technology, and security products, spanning both on-premises and cloud environments.

We specialize in delivering a range of CSS services, including:

Solution Support Center (SSC) for database and core technology customers, catering to both on-premises and cloud-based setups.
Services encompassing database and systems upgrades, migrations, Upgrade Assurance, and other fixed-scope initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced performance.
Managed Security Services tailored for Oracle Database and core technology products, providing comprehensive security solutions and peace of mind for our clients.
Through collaborative efforts with our global counterparts, we strive to exceed customer expectations and drive continuous innovation in database solutions and support services.

Managed the availability and performance of 100 Plus Oracle 9i, 10g, and 11g databases utilized by the Advanced Applications.
Constructed databases across Development, Test, and Production environments on a shared platform.
Devised and executed the backup strategy utilizing RMAN, exp/imp tools.
Engaged in Disaster Recovery exercises and executed database recovery based on client specifications.
Proposed and enacted solutions for proactive monitoring of database systems utilizing manual scripts, grid infrastructure, HP OpenView alerting system, and Sentrigo Hedgehog.
Conducted Database management activities such as Installation, upgrade of Oracle 11g and Oracle 10g, database refreshes, CPU and One of Patch installations in multitier applications.
Held accountability for Restoring Critical production failure of Oracle databases as a SWAT Team member at the client site, managing database support operational activities.
Implemented Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability using LDAP-based authentication for SAP and NON-SAP Oracle databases via Oracle Internet Directory (OID) Fusion Middleware and Novell Identity Management System.
Rolled out external database authentication for Oracle databases utilizing Enterprise User Security.
Collaborated with client teams including Database Operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering, IAM Operations to facilitate effective problem resolutions and meet database registration targets.
Successfully registered and managed a total of 600 critical Oracle and MSSQL database instances through OID capability.
Conducted Identity Access Management (IAM) Integration and System testing of OID implementation including creation of enterprise roles, Oracle Enterprise Security (EUS), and shared schemas.
Developed and administered configuration management and User profile configuration with access grants.
