Researcher acting with the product team to create understanding of the users and find opportunities within the journey for the entire team to work on.

User experience researcher responsible for strategic discovery related to the Tembici product: a B2C micromobility app. Together with the design team, product managers and group product managers (and, depending on the project, other stakeholders), I work to keep the users' needs in the center of discussions, constantly aiming to transform them in actionable solutions.

Also responsible for research consulting for product designers, helping them keep up the great work by finding the best practices, methodologies and frameworks depending on the squad they work on and the problem that they must solve. Insights specialist for the product team.

User Experience researcher and strategist, working on B2B and B2C projects for clients such as Ambev, ABInbev, 99 and Nubank. During my time in Sensorama I have been a project leader as well, helping the team stay on track and being the point of contact between us and our stakeholders.

Using design thinking methodologies, we immerse ourselves within the context of the project, interviewing users, comprehending pain points and opportunities on each step and ultimately constructing what is necessary to the project, delivering works that helps every client find their solutions. As examples, we have delivered suggestions of roadmaps, blueprints for comprehension of a specific structure or even strategic OKRs.

In the process, workshops are our favorite tool (what can I say? I am a designer after all!), with different frameworks being used to help the entire team visualize the problems and communicate better, finding solutions together.

Freelance work on applied research for B2C projects.

UX Research, market research and trend research, online or offline, applying different methodologies such as focused interviews, focal groups and netnographies, and developing reports at the end of every project.

- Development of screeners for each project
- Interview script writing
- User testing
- Social listening
- Guiding interviews
- Desk research

With the maré team I was able to initiate and develop my work within the social research field.

Starting with user recruitment, I've gained mastery of the skill of selecting profiles for applied research, understanding the particular needs for each project, searching for that one person who would bring the exact point of view needed for an interview or any other methodology. For assignments that also included research methods, I have immersed myself in the universe studied and, alongside the profiles needed, brought early insights and attention points that helped the investigation that came next.

During a long period of time I worked for the website The Lingerie Journal, alongside the founder Luis Paredes. The website focus on content for insiders on the intimate fashion market.

The work I have made during this time includes:
- Article development
- Writing
- Graphic design
- Text and layout editing

While on university, I developed my own label of luxury lingerie.

The brand was created, managed and marketed by myself. Work done daily included:
- Design research (analysis of competitors, visual references and moodboards, interviews with consumers, online field research of the market),
- Production coordination (approval of fabric-made prototypes, overview of fabrication, organization of stock)
- Sales (organization of online store, description writing for all products, shipping of packages to customers, contact with stockists)
- Construction of special pieces (sewing special elastic pieces on demand, made to order)
- Marketing and digital (styling of photoshoots, social media organization and analysis, contact with partners and influencers)
