I earned a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Unirio. Throughout my academic journey, I aimed to connect not only with classical literature but also with contemporary national productions, sparking a particular interest in language and its diverse applications.

Since 2014, I have been actively involved in writing/content creation, with a recent focus on content design and UX Writing. In 2022, I joined Mutant's team, specializing in conversational design. Later, I transitioned to Bradesco, where I worked on content design for products. Subsequently, I joined the UX team at ClickBus, overseeing the entire content design for the company. Additionally, I took on the role of leading the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. This position allowed me to delve into my greatest passion, reflected in my writing. In UX Writing, my primary interest lies in improving accessibility. I consistently pay attention to ways of fostering more inclusion and diversity in digital products, a commitment I strive to integrate into my daily work. Thus, I persist in exploring this captivating and diverse field.
