With a decade of experience in ML/AI, my journey began in marketing, where co-founding two companies during my bachelor’s made me realize the power of data in decision-making. That insight led me to pursue a master’s in data science, transitioning from analytics to ML engineering and eventually to ML platform engineering, where I focused on scaling AI systems. Now, as an MLOps/LLMOps Lead at MasterControl, I drive efforts to make machine learning scalable, reliable, and impactful in real-world applications like healthcare and quality management.
