Overseeing and spearheading the UX research initiatives for all of Epsilon's PeopleCloud products. Engaging in a wide range of methodologies to do strategic and tactical research to help our teams understand who our users are, what they're looking for, and how we can best meet their needs.

I worked with Core Complexity Assessments, a Boston-based early startup focused on providing behavioral strategic insights to aid in hiring and retention. My responsibilities included assisting in the redesign of the company's website to enhance user experience and increase web traffic. Additionally, I spearheaded a collaboration with an electronic data records management company to create and evaluate a comprehensive set of three instruments for hiring and career matching. I generated reports based on the analysis from this holistic package, specifically examining the advantageous aspects of aligning companies with employees using the model of hierarchical complexity and career interests.

In this role, I spearheaded qualitative and quantitative research initiatives based on the Model of Hierarchical Complexity under the direction of Dr. Michael Commons – Faculty at Harvard Medical School.

I designed and developed a psychological instrument in collaboration with Freedom of Undue Influence using Survey Monkey. Conducted research on various behavioral and developmental issues such as Autism, Existential Crisis, Psychology of Cults, and Punishment. Additionally, I constructed a psychometric assessment for evaluating employees and hiring managers, utilizing factor analysis, item writing, item analysis, data interpretation, reliability, and validity with SPSS. I summarized experimental study results into concise and compelling briefs for collaborators and successfully led a cross-functional team of 3-5 members, including interns, marketers, and researchers.

In this role, I designed and conducted experimental studies to assess the impact of virtual reality on creativity, innovation, and decision-making. I utilized Qualtrics as a platform for data collection. Additionally, I trained participants on the usage of study materials and equipment, including the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive devices. I also developed creative-thinking training programs for adolescents, with a focus on promoting identity development and preventing maladaptive outcomes. Furthermore, I maintained meticulous records of interviews while ensuring the confidentiality of the subjects involved.

In collaboration with Volkswagen, Germany, I provided valuable insights regarding urban culture and mobility for physically disabled drivers and passengers. I conducted experimental research, constructed a survey, and performed a field study to gather relevant data. Additionally, I designed and executed empirical data analysis to extract meaningful findings. I conducted semi-structured interviews using the Likert scale and open-ended questions in the questionnaire. Finally, I performed an empirical analysis, evaluation, and presented the findings and insights to Volkswagen, India.
