I am a passionate practitioner and propagator of all things UX (research and ops included). About to 13 years ago, I started my design life wth graphic design and have been a full stack CX/UX designer for the past 7 years. I am also a certified Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO) and IC Agile Practitioner.

I have also written course module named 'UX Methodologies for Developers' which was taught to the students at Bachelor of Creative Software programme at two institutes in Auckland.

Outside work, I am a musician–a skill that has helped sharpen my UX practice.
