Hi, I'm Manushi, and I have over 8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and engineering management. I currently lead a global team of 15 at Sonos, spanning Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning. Over the course of my career, I've grown teams from the ground up, defined multi-year data strategies aligned with product goals, and driven significant cost savings through modernization and automation. I've partnered cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and QA teams to deliver scalable data platforms and establish strong data governance and quality standards. I'm passionate about coaching engineers at every level, from helping early-career folks find their footing to guiding senior ICs through the transition into leadership. Outside of work, I enjoy building community through knowledge-sharing sessions and staying curious about the evolving data and AI landscape.
