As a Senior Manager leading Branding, Events, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Malaysia Airports, my role focuses on shaping and enhancing our corporate identity, delivering memorable event experiences, and driving impactful CSR initiatives. I lead strategic branding projects, oversee high-profile events, and implement community-focused programs that reflect our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, I ensure alignment between our brand messaging, organizational values, and business objectives. - Enhanced UNITAR's Brand Presence through Social Media following - LinkedIn (+30%), Instagram (+18%), Facebook (+1%), TikTok (Grew 4k followers within 8 months).

- Supported New Enrolment Growth through all Marketing efforts, resulting in 29% year-on-year growth (2022->2023).

- Developed and Launched 8 New Programmes: Bachelor of Finance [Fintech], Diploma in Business Administration [Bahasa Malaysia], Diploma in Early Childhood Education [Bahasa Malaysia], UNITAR-UPSI Bachelor of Education Dual Degree, Doctorate of Education [Online], MBA APEL Q, Diploma in Accounting [Online], and Diploma in Early Childhood Education APEL Q.

- Oversaw the preparation for over 100 UNITAR events involving external parties notably UNITAR's Raya Open House, Townhalls, University Convocation, College Graduation, Penang Scholarship Ceremony with Governor of Penang, ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders Case Competition, Toyota GR Racing Simulator Challenge, Microsoft Policy Paper Dialogue & School of IT launch.

- Contributing to UNITAR's 360 Digital Transformation including Email Marketing, Website Revamp, Online Qualifications engine with Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and more.

- Re-established the Corporate Communications department to oversee all internal and external communications.
- Managed company events, including planning and execution, notably Town Halls, UNITAR Staff Team Building Trip (Held in Langkawi), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signings, Staff engagement and more. 
- Established 2 new Resource Centres in Kuantan (Pahang) & Butterworth (Penang) within budget and planned timelines without delays.
- Curated, Reviewed and Edited all content and internal & external communications to ensure the highest quality of deliverables - including newsletters, brochures, posters, and speeches.
- Curated new landing pages for UNITAR's website (unitar.my), establishing the Academy's online presence along with updates to programme content and events.

- Oversaw and helped execute successful B2B marketing campaigns for a variety of channels, industries, and target audiences in line with our client’s overall goals that drive a measurable impact (Clients: Brightcove, Persistent)
- Support the efforts in optimizing and analyzing program effectiveness and identifying new opportunities for clients to pursue.
- Supporting the leadership team on visibility of key success metrics as well as potential issues with delivery and meeting client expectations.

- Oversaw revamp of the organization’s website (unitar.my), successfully implemented within 3 months; Managing website maintenance and performance improvement monthly.
- Implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) actions to improve website performance, increasing visibility and website traffic by 53%.
- Social Media Content Curator: Established content strategy and execution for all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Twitter

- Worked directly with Heads of Departments to oversee Strategic Projects and Special Initiatives for the entire Education Group notably New Programme Development, Digital Transformation, and Cost Optimization.
- Reviewed and Edited all content and internal & external communications to ensure the highest quality of deliverables - including visuals, videos, newsletters, brochures, posters, speeches, and announcement emails.
- Worked directly with Marketing team to establish content strategies for nurturing campaigns.

- Created new frameworks for training programs to enhance the product offering at UNITAR International University & UNITAR Academy.
- Built relationships with potential partners and collaborators to analyze their needs in the Learning & Development Sector.
- Maintained relationships with current partners to present new opportunities for collaboration.

- Enrolled 34 MBA students within 1 cycle
- Reviewed and Edited all content and internal & external communications to ensure the highest quality of deliverables - including visuals, videos, newsletters, brochures, posters, speeches, and announcement emails.

- Registered an average of 35 monthly applications for auto, home and life insurance policies. 
- Analyzed customer assets to build custom protection plans based on individual customers’ needs.
- Provided prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educated customers on industry knowledge enabling them to make informed decisions.

(Mainly) Cold Calling auto dealerships in selected states in the U.S. to promote Automotion Dealer App platform;

Communicated with Internet Sales Managers, and General Managers, to explain the benefits of having a platform for technology-savvy customers

- Conducted market research for Market Strategy and Analytics Team via competitor visits, online fact finding and cold calling.
- Prepared competitive analysis reports including critical information such as unique selling points of the facilities, membership pricing and customer service levels - essential to growth strategy for the team.
- Managed data entry and updated outdated information from Microsoft Excel sheets into new databases.
