Hi there! I'm a Brazilian-Italian Senior Data Analyst and Team Lead with +7 years of professional experience, currently based in Barcelona, Spain working at N26, one of the largest fintechs in Europe. With previous experience at companies such as MasterClass, Nubank and Pearson analyzing data from multiple different contexts, and holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics from one of the most renown Universities in Brazil, University of São Paulo. I'm also the founder of a +10k women empowerment community in the data universe called Women in Data (Mulheres em Dados).
Given that multidisciplinary professional experience, I've developed skills in cross-team integration, project management, stakeholder alignment and reporting, relationship management, public speaking, developing business OKRs and KPIs, AB test design and implementation, forecasting, data-driven decision making, providing training on analytical and technological solutions to non-tech clients and also co-workers, in agile methodologies, and self-learning.
