Hi, I’m Marcelo — a Product Design Lead with experience driving end-to-end design in fintech and complex digital products.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across UX strategy, research, service design, and scalable UI systems. I focus on deeply understanding problems before jumping into solutions, aligning design with business goals, operational constraints, and real user behavior.

I’ve led discovery initiatives, structured PRDs by journey blocks, improved cross-functional collaboration with PMs and engineers, and helped teams bring clarity to complex workflows — especially in regulated and operationally heavy environments.

I enjoy mentoring designers who want to grow beyond execution — whether that means improving their strategic thinking, strengthening research skills, structuring better design processes, evolving a design system, or becoming more influential within product teams.
