I am part of the team dedicated to projects from the R/GA NY, working within multidisciplinary teams from that office, contributing at different stages of projects for global and local brands such as Uber, The Home Depot, Google, CVS, RedBird Capital, American Express, Fierce, and Goldman Sachs. I have been working collaboratively in heuristic analysis, competitor analysis, UX strategy and concept, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and handing off designs to the Tech team in an Agile product design methodology.

- Lead UX Designer and Researcher working in multidisciplinary teams, leading Junior and Mid Designers within a complex stakeholder structure.
- UX Designer/Researcher within two startup teams from the Government Digital Secretary, a program to accelerate digital projects through Agile methodology to improve digital services for citizens and the in-house audience.
- Responsible for planning the implementation of UX Design/Research processes on the multiple projects developed throughout the organisation.
- Some of the methodologies I have been applying are Heuristic Analysis, Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Personas, User Journeys, UI Design, Prototyping and Usability Testing.

- I worked intensively with the client’s team at different stages of the project: Head of Product, Marketing Manager, engineers, CEO and CX Manager.
- I ran qualitative user research (interviews with key stakeholders, analysis of user-based data) and competitive analysis. I also developed personas, empathy maps through a workshop session and user journeys. Two concepts were ideate, been tested through prototypes in remote usability testing sessions.
- A shared report was constantly updated throughout the process for eventual discussions in the meetings.
- The final artefact was a high fidelity UI Design of the home page, product page and the user flow towards the purchasing. Finally, the accessibility on the website was a focus of attention regarding fonts sizes, colour contrast, logical content structure, alt text on the images, keyboard navigation and links description.

Although part-time and coincident with my Master’s degree, this position provided the opportunity to work in English with an international staff, where intellectual and cultural exchange was fostered, whilst the capacity to work autonomously and remotely was essential.

The position required that I research and summarise the higher education systems of different countries, with regards to the types of institution, fields of study offered, and application procedures for international students. It also required meeting weekly targets of production, and problem solving relevant to team performance.
