Hi, I’m Marcio. I’m the co-founder of Top2You, a mentoring-focused EdTech recognized for 4 consecutive years among the Top 10 in the 100 Open Startups ranking.

I currently serve as Head of Product, leading the development of our platform and the learning experience behind large-scale corporate mentoring programs. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve been deeply involved in mentoring—participating in more than 100 programs as a mentor, mentee, and program designer across Brazil and internationally.

Before that, I spent 18 years in executive roles at companies like L’Oréal and Novartis, leading business units, digital, e-commerce, and marketing across regions including Brazil, Chile, Central America, and the Caribbean. This background allows me to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
