Service & UX Design Strategist at Coralia Experiences
I work at the intersection of service design, strategy and territorial innovation, helping organizations and communities rethink how services, places and ecosystems can evolve.
Over the years I’ve collaborated with public institutions, startups, cultural organizations and multidisciplinary teams across Europe and the Middle East, using design as a tool to navigate complexity, unlock opportunities and turn ideas into actionable strategies.
My practice started within the field of UX and service design, and gradually expanded into organizational transformation, participatory processes and systemic innovation. Early projects explored collaborative models such as fusedrops, a crowdfunding platform designed to enable citizens, designers and public institutions to co-create new services and improve existing ones.
Today my work focuses on life-centered design: applying design thinking and strategic methods to support regenerative tourism, sustainable agriculture and new models of territorial development.
I’m currently involved in building Coralia, a platform for hosts and guardians of local ecosystems, connecting hospitality, agriculture, and community-driven experiences with responsible travelers.
Alongside consultancy, I regularly lecture and facilitate workshops across Europe, working with organizations and emerging professionals interested in using design as a catalyst for social and environmental impact.
